WCAG 2.2

The accessibility scan compares your website to the requirements listed in WCAG 2.2, which the global standard for accessible digital content. The standard aims to make websites accessible for a range of disabilities, such as low sight, hearing loss, and limited movements. The earlier version WCAG 2.1 is also the basis for the European standard EN 301 549, in regards to digital content.

Legal requirement

For some website, such as public authorities, there are legal requirements for making the website accessible. By regularly scanning your website for potential issues, staying within the law will be much easier.
