All-in-one platform

All your data in one platform.png

More than the sum of its parts

There is a lot you can learn for each of our products individually, but there is so much more to learn when you combine them. In Extellio, using more than one product doesn't mean you have two or three separate products in the same platform.

Instead, it means that you have two or three connected data sets. As they are connected, you can use data from one product as you are analyzing the data from another product. This greatly increases your ability to profile your visitors, and allows you to dig a lot deeper into your data.

Analytics with profiles

One downside with analytics is that it doesn't tell you who the visitors are, only what they do. But if you combine your analytics with surveys, you will know both.

When you add surveys to your analytics, you can create segments based on survey responses, such as role and purpose. For example, you can see what potential customers do on the website and how they found you.

Opinions with context

You can learn a lot from surveys, such as why the visit your website and if their visit was successful. However, unless your respondents are in a chatty mood, you don't always get enough information to understand why they struggled or were unhappy. Adding analytics can give you more context.

With analytics too, you can see if the visitors that struggled even found the right pages, or what they did to find the information they were looking for. This can help you to improve the user journey.

Segment your heatmaps and recordings

Although heatmaps and recordings can tell you a lot about visitor behavior, there is even more to learn if you segment your data. By adding either analytics or surveys (or even both), you can segment based on profile, channel, new visitors, and more.

With segmented heatmaps and recordings, you can, for example, see how potential customers navigate the website, which can be useful knowledge when working to increase the conversion rate.
