How to export data from Extellio

Learn how to export data for each of the Extellio products.

Analytics

To export analytics data, hover in the bottom left corner of the chart, and then select the export icon. You will now get some options. Select the best options for you, and export. 

Before you start exporting your data, remember that the date filter determine which data is downloaded. Select a date range that covers all the data you want to export. You are not able to include any other segments in the export. Instead, you will see all visits for the selected date range. Repeat for all the charts and tables you want to export.

Surveys

To export survey data, you click on the icon with an "x" on a piece of paper in the bottom right corner. That will export the raw data as an Excel file. If you want charts instead of raw data, you can also download as an image.

Heatmaps & session recordings

There is currently no way to export heatmaps and session recordings, but you can take a screenshot of your heatmaps to save the results.
